RCIL Recruitment 2023: RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL), West Bengal has sought Applications from Open Market Experienced, Dynamic and Technical Professional Candidates for Engagement as Consultant Engineers Purely on a Contractual Basis notified through this RCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Dated 7th March 2023 (07.03.2023). According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification there are 66 Vacancies to be filled up for Initially 03 Years, Subsequently extendable subject to the Incumbent’s Performance and RailTel’s Requirement.
As mentioned in the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, Willing Candidates with Requisite Eligibility may apply in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma by completing the Application Submission Process up to (the Last Date) 28th March 2023 (28.03.2023).
According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification there notified 66 Vacancies shall be filled up with Contractual Appointment of Consultant Engineers:

Based on the RCIL Recruitment 2023, the Appropriately Suitable Candidates selected as Consultant Engineers shall be Entitled to the IDA Scale explained hereunder:
IDA Scale: (Rs.30000-3%-120000) Per Month
According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Maximum Age Limit for the Candidates as on the Crucial Date should be as has been prescribed therein.
According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023, the Eligibility comprising Educational/Professional Qualification and Post-Qualification Experience should be as explained therein:
The Candidate should have in possession/gained the following Eligibility:
Bachelor’s Degree (ETE/CS/IT/EE)/Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) Or Equivalent from Accredited University/Deemed University/Autonomous Institute incorporated by an Act of Parliament of the State Legislature in India Or the UGC (University Grants Commission) Act or from Government Recognized/Approved Institute.
Selection on Consultant Engineer Posts involves/shall be carried through a Written Test and/Or Interview and Medical Examination to be conducted/held on the Regional Office/Territory Office of RailTel/Eastern Region. The Candidates, post-selection, appointed as Consultant Engineer will have to execute and furnish a Service Agreement for an Amount Equivalent to 03-Months’ Gross Salary.
The Professional post-Selection shall be issued a Contractual Appointment initially for 03 Years. However, Engagement of the Incumbent’s may be extended subject to Individual’s Performance and Requirement of RCIL at times.
According to the RCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, Eligible Candidates with Eligibility should apply with Duly completed Application accompanying the following Documents enclosed into a Properly Sealed Cover superscripted “Application for the Post Consultant Engineer or RailTel/Eastern Region on Contractual Basis” Receivable Before or On 28th March 2023 (28.03.2023).
