RCIL Recruitment 2025: Railtel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL) is accepting applications from eligible, experienced Professionals for the posts of Assistant Manager (E-0 level) and Deputy Manager ( E-1 level) in the technical department. Candidates for the Assistant Manager post should possess a minimum and maximum ages of 21 and 28 years respectively and for the post of Deputy Manager, the minimum and maximum ages should be 21 and 30 years respectively. There are a total of 12 openings available for the designated role. Chosen candidates will be appointed on a probationary period of two years 

As per the official notification of RCIL Recruitment 2025, the Selection of candidates will be done based on an online examination and interview. The current place of posting will be RailTel’s Southern Region Office (Regional Headquarter: Hyderabad/Secunderabad). Candidates will be required to pay the application fee of Rs 1200. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBDs categories are required to pay just Rs. 600. This fee shall be refunded, duly deducting bank charges, as applicable, on their appearing in the written examination. Qualifications:
For Assistant Manager (Technical)/ E-0 level:

  • Candidates must hold a Diploma in Electronics or any other combination of Engineering branches, where Electronics is one of the branches, like, Electronics & Instrumentation; or M.Sc. (Electronics); or equivalent in Electronics.

For Deputy Manager (Technical)/ E-1 level:

  • Candidates must hold a B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg) degree in Electronics & Telecom; or Telecom; or Computer Science; or Computer & Communication; or Information Technology; or Electrical; or Electronics; or any other combination of Engineering branches, where Electronics is one of the branches, like, Electronics & Instrumentation; or M.Sc. (Electronics); or MCA; or equivalent.

Experience:
For Assistant Manager (Technical)/ E-0 level:

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of mandatory experience in areas given in Annexure-I in Central Govt. Org./ State Govt. Org./ PSU or private organisation having turnover of 300 cr. or more (In case where a candidate is employed by a private organization but deployed in another organization, the status of the organization in which the candidate is deployed will be considered i.e. Central Govt. Org./ State Govt. Org./ PSU or private organisation having turnover of 300 cr. or more).

For Deputy Manager (Technical)/ E-1 level:

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of mandatory in areas given in Annexure-I in Central Govt. Org./ State Govt. Org./ PSU or private organisation having turnover of 300 cr. or more (In case where a candidate is employed by a private organization but deployed in another organization, the status of the organization in which the candidate is deployed will be considered i.e. Central Govt. Org./ State Govt. Org./ PSU or private organisation having turnover of 300 cr. or more).

Place of Posting for RCIL Recruitment 2025:

Selected candidates in RCIL Recruitment 2025 will be placed in RailTel’s Southern Region Office (Regional Headquarters: Hyderabad/Secunderabad).

  • However, management may allot any other region in view of work requirements and administrative exigencies. Selected candidates may be posted/ transferred to any place in India, in any office of RailTel’s subsidiary, joint venture or any business associate at any point in time in administrative / business exigencies. The candidate, on joining the allotted region will have to stay in that region for at least 10 years before submitting any application for seeking transfer to any other region.

Tenure for RCIL Recruitment 2025:

The appointment of the selected applicant will be initially on probation for two years from the date of joining RailTel. The period of probation will be regulated as per extant rules/instructions issued from time to time.

Salary for RCIL Recruitment 2025:

  • Chosen candidates will be paid monthly remuneration between Rs.30,000-1,20,000.
  • CTC: Rs.9 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).

For Deputy Manager (Technical)/ E-1:

  • Chosen candidates will be paid monthly remuneration between Rs.40,000-1,40,000.
  • CTC: Rs.12 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).
