The salary offered to the selected candidate for RFCL Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance (not payable while posted at the Unit where Company accommodation is available). Selected candidates will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances / benefits such as Leave Encashment, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Personal Accident Insurance and other welfare schemes etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time. Qualification for RFCL Recruitment 2024:

For Engineering Assistant Grade II (Production) and Junior Engineering Assistant Grade II (Production)-

• Candidates must have B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Or Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Technology.

For Junior Engineering Assistant Grade II (Mechanical)-

• Candidates must have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Technology.

For Engineering Assistant Grade II (Electrical)-

• Candidates must have done Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Technology.

For Office Assistant Grade III-

• Candidates must have Graduation Degree in any Discipline.
• Candidates must have advance Computer Skills in MS Office (MS Excel/ MS Word/ MS PPT) related functions.
• Candidates with certificate Course in Computer Application may be given preference.

For Junior Engineering Assistant Grade II (Chemical Lab)-

• Candidates must have B.Sc. degree with Chemistry as one subject.

For Junior Engineering Assistant Grade II (Instrumentation) and Engineering Assistant Grade II (Instrumentation)-

• Candidates must have Diploma in Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and Instrumentation or Electronics Instrumentation and Control or Industrial Instrumentation or Process Control Instrumentation or Electronics and Electrical or Applied Electronics and Instrumentation or Electronics and Communication or Electronics and Control Engineering.

Age Limit for RFCL Recruitment 2024:

For Engineering Assistant Grade II (Production), Engineering Assistant Grade II (Electrical) and Engineering Assistant Grade II (Instrumentation)- 

• The minimum age limit is 18 years.
• The maximum age limit is 40 years.

For All Others-

• The minimum age limit is 18 years.
• The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Selection Procedure for RFCL Recruitment 2024:

The selection of candidate for RFCL Recruitment 2024 is based on Computer Based Test (CBT). The Computer Based Test (CBT) will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related. Medium of Test will be in Hindi and English. Duration of test will be 02 hours (120 minutes). The total number of questions will be 150, of one mark each, out of which 100 questions would be from mix of course curriculum of qualifying examination i.e. Diploma / B.Sc. / Graduate, as applicable for each post & discipline, and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and General Knowledge / Awareness. There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.
