RITES Recruitment 2023: RITES Limited, under the Ministry of Railways, is recruiting dynamic and hard-working professionals for the post of Supervisor cum construction Manager, Draftsman, Quality Assurance & Control Engineer, and Field Quality Control Engineer on a contract basis through Walk-in Interviews. According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 official notification, the upper age limit of candidates interested in current positions should not be more than 40 years as of 01.07.2023. The shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.1,20,000 with DA, fixed/ variable allowances @23% of Basic Pay, HRA/ Lease, Contribution to PF, and Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act. The total number of vacancies is 62. The appointment shall be made solely on a contract basis initially for a period of one year and may be extended until the conclusion of the assignment subject to mutual agreement and acceptable performance.
According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates must ensure that they match the educational qualification, overall experience, and relevant experience as shown in the post advertisement. Candidates who do not meet the requirements will not be considered on the day of the interview. The original documents along with one self-attested copy will have to be produced by the candidates at the time of selection. As per the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, candidates should have the following eligibilities.
For Supervisor cum Construction Manager
Candidates should possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its related field with three (03) Years of experience in Water Supply / Waste Water Infrastructure Projects.
For Draftsman
Candidates should consist of Matriculation plus ITI Tradesmanship/Apprenticeship Certificate in Civil Engineering Assistant/Draughtsman (Civil)/Surveyor/CAD Operator in Autocad/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Fitter/ Machinist Turner Trade. He or she should have one (01) Year of experience in Autocad.
For Quality Assurance & Control Engineer
Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics/Power Supply/ Instrumentation and Control/ Industrial Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation, etc., with three (03) Years of experience in Water Supply Projects.

As per the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, the candidate must hold a degree from a university in India that was established by an act of the central or state legislature, or from another educational institution that was created by a law of the national or state legislature, or from an institution that was designated as a university under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. It is also acceptable to pass Sections A and B of the Institution of Engineers (India) examination, which is treated as equivalent to a Degree by Govt. of India and recognized by AICTE, shall also be accepted.
As per the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, the appointment shall be made solely on a contract basis initially for a period of one year and may be extended until the conclusion of the assignment subject to mutual agreement and acceptable performance.
As per the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, applicants will be chosen based on the weighted average of the various selection criteria; the experience of applicants will be valued at 10%, and the interview will carry 90% of the final score.
