Monthly Salary for ICMR-NIIH Recruitment 2023:

According to the ICMR-NIIH Recruitment 2023,  Official Memorandum, Post-Selection, Monthly Salary Eligibility for the Candidates to be engaged on a Short-Term Contractual Duration, is explained hereunder:

Maximum up to Rs. 70000.00 (Consolidated) Per Month depending upon prescribed Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualification, Experience, Last Pay drawn, Functional Requirement and Guidelines of the Government of India and ICMR issued/amended from time to time. No increment, HRA and Dearness Allowance shall be allowed during the Contractual Term.

Age Limit for ICMR-NIIH Recruitment 2023:

Based on the ICMR-NIIH Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicants should be aged (As on the Closing Date) for the Post, as follows:

Age Limit: Not exceeding 67 Years

Eligibility for ICMR-NIIH Recruitment 2023:

Based on the ICMR-NIIH Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates Applicant for the Notified 01 Post, should have gained the Essential Qualification inclusive of Educational and Experience mentioned hereunder:

Professionals with Master’s Degree (M.Sc.), Ph.D. (Philosophiae Doctor) Qualification in Applied Biology with R&D Experience and Published Papers; OR

Retired Government Employee With Master’s Degree (M.Sc.), Doctor Philosophiae (Ph.D.) Qualification in Applied Biology; And

Pay Level: Drawing Pay in the Pay Band Rs.15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400 and above at the time of Retirement with Minimum 20 Years’ Experience in the Required Domain/Field.

Note: The Candidates already in Regular Service under Central Government, Any State Government/ Autonomous Department/Public Sector Undertakings are not Eligible, So they need not apply.

Selection Process for ICMR-NIIH Recruitment 2023:

Based on the ICMR-NIIH Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Selection for the Consultant (Scientist Non-Medical) Post shall be conducted through Personal Interaction and Individual Performance in Viva-voce satisfying overall Suitability for the Post taken into consideration.

The Candidates, post-Selection as a Consultant (Scientific-Non-Medical) will be engaged initially for 06 Months.  However, the Contractual Duration may be extended beyond the Said Period depending upon the requirement of ICMR-NIIH and the Performance Review of the Consultant but shall not be extended beyond 02 Years. The Selected Candidates shall have to execute and sign an Agreement of Contractual Appointment with the ICMR-NIIH.
