For Contract Specialist-

• The candidates should have a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its related field.

For Quality Control/ Material Engineer (Civil)-

• The candidates should have a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its related field.

For SHE Expert-

• The candidates should have a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering AND a Diploma/Degree in industrial safety/BE/B. Tech in safety/Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Sciences/International Qualifications like CSP (Certified safety professional), NEBOSH Diploma, Grad IOSH, CMIOSH.

For Planning Engineer-

• The candidates should have graduated in Engineering.

Experience for RITES Recruitment 2023:

For Contract Specialist-

• The candidates should have a total Professional Experience of a Minimum of 20 years.
• The candidates should have a minimum Experience of 2 years as Contracts Manager/head of planning in Major Infrastructure/ Railways/ Metro/Flyovers/Viaduct Projects.
• The candidates should preferably have experience related to Project Management consultancy.

For Quality Control/ Material Engineer (Civil)-

• The candidates should have total Professional Experience of a Minimum of 10 years.
• The candidates should have a minimum Experience of 3 years as QA/QC/Material Engineer for major Infrastructure projects.

For SHE Expert-

• The candidates should have a total Professional Experience of a Minimum of 10 years.
• The candidates should have a minimum Experience of 3 years as SHE Engineer for major construction projects.

For Planning Engineer-

• The candidates should have a total Professional Experience of a Minimum of 10 years.
• The candidates should have a minimum Experience of 3 years as a planning engineer.

Remuneration for RITES Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates for the mentioned positions will be paid a monthly salary between Rs.70000 to Rs.200000.

Selection Procedure for RITES Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be chosen based on an interview. The decision of RITES as to whether an applicant is Eligible/Ineligible is final, and no correspondence will be considered in this regard. Only those applicants who obtain a minimum of 60% marks in the interview for UR/EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ PWD against reserved slots) will be included on the merit list. Candidates must provide copies of their educational qualifications and experience, which will be confirmed from original papers at the appropriate stage and subject to verification from the original source.
