Essential Qualification for RITES Recruitment 2024:

Contract Expert –

• Candidates must have a Full-Time Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Lead Designer –

• Candidate requires a graduate degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in structural engineering.

Experience Required for RITES Recruitment 2024:

As mentioned in the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2024, the following are the required experiences –

Contract Expert –

• The candidate should have at least 20 years of experience in the construction industry and be well-versed in MEPF work for public buildings. OR

• The candidate should have 3 years of experience in SAG or equivalent grade and above of the Engineering department or railways.
• As an alternative, as GM or above in civil engineering departments at RITES, IRCON, RVNL, Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or any JVs with the Ministry of Railways or Metro Rail Corporation, either individually or combined.

Lead Designer-

• The candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in structural design and execution, preferably near a running track. OR

• The candidate must have at least three years of design experience in an engineering department or railways as a JA or equivalent grade, and/or as a JGM or above in an industrial engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL, or as an equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL, or any JVs or SPVs with the Ministry of Railways, or any Metro Rail Corporation, either individually or combined.
