Royal Enfields is hiring an experienced Dealer Parts Manager at their Pune location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Being instrumental in driving strategic business priorities to achieve the monthly and yearly business targets for West Zone.
• Responsible for dealers; parts, oil, and lubes business for the West Zone by actively collaborating with ASM, RSM and dealers of West Zone.
• Monitoring and analyzing the dealer inventories as per norms to ensure the parts availability; gauging any gaps for normalization.
• Deploy daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports on necessary sales parameters to evaluate the business performance.
• Driving dealer engagement initiatives and programs to maximize and develop the parts, oil, and lubes business.
• Studying the weekly and monthly order patterns of each dealer in the west Zone to understand the parts, oils & lubes sales movement accordingly devising strategic business plans to promote and scale up the business.
• Championing the readiness and availability of newly launched vehicle parts availability with dealers.
• Evaluating the competitors in the markets and identifying the spurious parts sources in the markets highlighting to the management.
• Identifying gaps in the inventories of parts at the dealer's end by evaluating inventory norms to ensure 100% parts availability at the dealers & end to service the customer.
• Promoting and enhancing GMA (Genuine Motorcycle Accessories) and RE Essential (RE Bike Care products) business in dealers & channels.
• Sustaining regular meetings with ASM, RSM and Dealers, and their staff to establish the business connection to monitor and evaluate the business performance.

Work Experience

Education

• BE/B.Tech

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Preferential experience in Automobile parts servicing
• Any certification on Project and Program management
