RVNL Recruitment 2022: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has sought Applications from Experienced Officers especially from Constructions for Appointment on Deputation/Absorption Basis for the Posts; viz., 1) Additional General Manager (AGM), 2) Joint General Manager (JGM) and 3) Senior Deputy General Manager (Sr DGM).

The Officers with proven Experience in the Construction Organization, meeting the Eligibility Benchmark for the Notified 03 Posts may apply in the Prescribed Application Proforma to be e-transmitted within 30 days of issuance of this RVNL Vacancy Notice Dated 28th September 2022. The Incumbent Officers should mail their respective Applications annexed with the Essential CR Dossier, Certificates pertaining to Educational, Technical Qualifications, etc. should be receivable in the Office of Sr. Deputy General Manager (HR), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited/Corporate Office.  The Last Date for receipt of the Candidates’ Applications receivable by M/s Rail Vikas Nigam Limited befalls 27th October 2022 (27.10.2022).

Note: The Officers should apply through Proper Channel with a No-Objection Certificate and Certification issued by the Forwarding Authority. Selection Process: Preference shall be accorded to those Experienced Officers who have rendered Services in the Construction Organization. Post-Selection Appointment shall be offered to the Personnel for Absorption in the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE)/Civil Engineering Department.  Selection for Appointment of Deputation/Absorption of the Officer will be on the basis of Viva-voce (Personal Interaction and Document Verification to the Utmost Satisfaction of the Indian Railways.

Minimum Eligibility (Qualification): Should have rendered services as Officer of Civil Engineering Department substantively holding any of the Posts:

i) Post(s) in the Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or

ii) Post(s) in Level-12 (CDA) & with 08 to 12 Years’ service in Group ‘A’ Or

iii) Post(s) carrying Grade IDA E-5 (Rs.80000 to Rs.2.20 Lac) for 04 (Four) Years.

03) Senior Deputy General Manager (Civil)

Pay Scale: Level-12 (CDA)/IDA E-5 (Rs.80000 to Rs.2.20 Lac)

Minimum Eligibility (Qualification): Should have rendered services as Officer of Civil Engineering Department substantively holding any of the Posts:

i) Post(s) in the Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or

ii) Post(s) in Senior Scale (Level-11)

iii) Post(s) carrying Grade IDA E-5 (Rs.80000 to Rs.2.20 Lac) for 04 (Four) Years.

iii) Posts in Grade ‘B’ (Level-10) with having 10 Years’ service in Group ‘B’; Or

iv) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-4 (Rs.70000 to Rs.2.00 Lac) for 04 (Four) Years

Mandatory Testimonials/Documents for Submission:

The Applicant Officer should attach the following Testimonials along with their respective Application and Certification by the Employer/ Cadre Controlling Authority before submission through Registered Post/Speed Post:

i) Cadre Clearance Certificate

ii) Vigilance Clearance

iii) Integrity Certificate signed by an Officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary/Director to the Government of India.

iv) Major/Minor Penalty Statement during the last Ten (10) years

v) Confidential Report (CR) Dossier of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APARs) of preceding Five/Six Years, i.e., from 2016-17 to 2020-21 duly countersigned with Seal Attestation on each Page of the by the Officer Not Below the Rank of an Under-Secretary to the Government of India are also required to be sent with the Application. If for some reasons, the Officer’s ACRs/APARs have not been written for a Particular Year or a Part of a Year, a ‘No Report Certificate’ (NRC) is also needed to be sent.
