RVNL Recruitment 2023: The Human Resource Cell (HRC), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Ministry of Railways (MoR), Government of India, has sought through Proper Channel Applications from Experienced Personnel Eligible for Appointment on the Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager (Civil) Post with 01 Vacancy on Deputation Basis for Posting in Ranchi vide the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 26.04.2023.
Based on the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement for the Post Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager (Civil) on Deputation Basis having occurred with 01 Vacancy shall be filled up under Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (PP with DA) in the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE)/Civil Engineering Department. As has been notified in the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Last Date for the Willing and Eligible Candidates to complete the Application Submission Process through Proper Channel is 25.05.2023.
The Concerned Controlling Officer/Zonal Railways may forward Advance Scanned Copies of the Eligible Officer’s Duly Filled-in Applications with Enclosures in PDF Format should be submitted through E-Mail within 15 Days from the Closing Date of the Receipt of the Application.
Note: Preference for Appointment on Additional General Manager / Joint General Manager (Civil) Post on a Deputation Basis shall be given to the Candidates with Prior Working Experience in Construction Organization.

For Deputation: Below 56 Years
Minimum Eligibility:
A) For Additional General Manager (Civil): {Level-13-A(CDA)/IDA E-7 (Rs.10000-260000)}: Officers of Civil Engineering Department Holding substantively
i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Level-13 (CDA) with 12-14 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ Or
iii) Posts in IDA E-6 Grade (Rs. 90000-240000) for 04 Years
B) For Joint General Manager (Civil): {Level-13 (CDA)/IDA E-6 (Rs.90000-240000)}: Officers of Civil Engineering Department Holding substantively
i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Level-12 (CDA) with 08-12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ Or
iii) Posts in IDA E-5 Grade (Rs. 80000-220000) for 04 Years
Selection Process under RVNL Recruitment 2023:
The Suitable and Eligible Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview for Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager (Civil).
Selection on Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager (Civil) Post shall be carried through by Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview. Post-Selection the Candidates would be issued Appointments by Deputation for Posting in Ranchi.
