SAIL Recruitment 2023: Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of General Surgeon on a contract basis. As per the SAIL Recruitment 2023 notification, there is only 01 vacancy. The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year. Salem Steel Plant (SSP) is a unit of the Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) under the Ministry of Steel. The Plant Hospital situated in SSP is having a reputation for care, concern and commitment toward its employees and their dependents including ex-employees and their spouses. Selected candidates for the above-mentioned will get a monthly salary of Rs. 160000. The maximum age limit for this job post is 69 years. Candidates will be selected through a personal Interview. As per the SAIL Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and eligible candidates have to attend the walk-in interview on 11.03.2023.

Candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should have MBBS, M.S registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Council (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC).
As per the SAIL Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates should have a Minimum post-qualification experience of 10 years in the relevant field in a reputed hospital as of the date of notification.
Candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 69 years.
As per the SAIL Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 01 years which can be extendable for 01 more year.
Selected candidates for the above-mentioned job post will get a monthly salary of Rs. 160000. Selected candidates will get 2 BHK company quarter, subject to availability and on payment of rent, electricity, water and other charges as applicable to executives of Salem Steel Plant for that category of the quarter. No HRA is admissible in any case.
Candidates will be selected through a walk-in interview for the above-mentioned job post.

3. Valid registration certificate issued by MCI, NMC or any State Medical Council

5. Proof of requisite experience
6. Photo Identity Proof (Voter ID, PAN Card/ Aadhaar card/Driving License/Passport)
7. Caste Certificate ( In case of applicability )
8. Address proof
9. Recommendation letter duly signed by the Head of Medical of the respective Plant/Unit (for ex-employees of SAIL only)
10. A self-certificate that he/she has not separated under Voluntary retirement. –For ex-employees of SAIL and other PSUs/Govt Org only.
11. Three recent passport-size color photographs.
