SAIL Recruitment 2023: The Steel Authority of India (SAIL) is inviting applications from highly experienced professionals for the post of Director in-charge post. As per SAIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the above-mentioned post is available at the Bokaro Steel Plant. The minimum age condition is 45 years for both internal and other candidates. The maximum age limit is 2 years of residual service as of the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for internal candidates and 3 years of residual service as of the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for other candidates. SAIL has released only 1 vacancy for this post. According to SAIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will receive a monthly salary as per the IDA pay scale of Rs 1,80,000-3,40,000.
Based on the official notification available for SAIL Recruitment 2023, eligible candidates must hold a graduate degree in engineering from a recognized university/institute with a good academic record. Candidates holding MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage. Candidates should possess adequate technical and operational experience at a senior level of management in a large reputed company, of which at least 05 years (from the last 10 years) should be in the steel sector. The selected candidate will be appointed for a period of 5 years from the date of joining or until the superannuation date, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

After that candidates will have to forward it either online or offline with relevant documents.
