SAIL Recruitment 2023: The Steel Authority of India (SAIL) is inviting applications from highly experienced professionals for the post of Director In Charge post an absorption basis. According to the SAIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, employment will be made for one vacant position at the Bokaro Steel Plant. The selected individual would be paid a monthly salary of Rs 1,80,000-3,40,000 as per the IDA pay range. The upper range limit of interested and eligible candidates shouldn’t be above 45 years, however, the maximum age restriction for internal applicants is 2 years and 3 years for external candidates as stated in the official notice. The selected applicant will be appointed for a term of five years, beginning on the day of appointment and ending on the date of superannuation or until further instructions, whichever comes first.
According to the SAIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates must have a graduate degree in engineering from a recognised university, as well as a strong academic record. Candidates with an MBA/PGDM will have an advantage. Candidates must have appropriate technical and operational expertise at a senior management level in a big reputable firm, with at least 05 years (from the past 10) in the steel sector. The nominated personnel will be accountable for the Plant’s and mines’ effective operation in order to meet company objectives and performance requirements. He/she will be in charge of project implementation at the plant/mines in question, as well as marketing/sales of products from the plant/mines in question. Candidates who are interested and eligible must fill out the online application form on the PSEB’s official website. Following that, candidates must submit it either online or offline, along with supporting documentation. The offline application should be addressed to the Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board, Public Enterprises Bhawan, Block 14, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The deadline for candidates to submit applications is 18 September 2023.
