SBI Recruitment 2024: Application Process Started, Apply Online For GM and Deputy CISO and DGM Posts
SBI Recruitment 2024: The State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking applications from desired, eligible and hardworking candidates for the posts of GM and Deputy CISO (Infra Security and Special Projects) and DGM (Incident Response). In reference to the official notification, there are a total of 02 (Two) seats open for the specified above positions, one in each. The mode of selection of candidates will be based on shortlisting and interview followed by CTC Negotiation. The chosen applicants will be placed in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai. The period of engagement will be for five years for the aforementioned roles.
As indicated in the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2024, chosen applicants will be paid the CTC range including the fixed and variable amounts of upto Rs. 01 crore. The required age limit for the post of GM and Deputy CISO (Infra Security and Special Projects) must be between 45 to 50 years for the post of DGM (Incident Response), the age limit must be between 38 to 50 years. Candidates in SBI Recruitment 2024 will be selected based on Shortlisting and Interviews. Thereafter, CTC negotiations will be held as per the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2024. Intimation /call letter for interview will be sent by email or will be uploaded on the bank’s website. No hard copy will be sent.
In accordance with the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2024, hired candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for a period of five years.

Candidates from the General/ EWS/ OBC categories are required to pay the application fees of Rs. 750. On the other hand, SC/ ST/ PwBD category candidates are exempted from fee payment.

ANNUAL INCREMENT: The Annual increment proposed from the second year onwards can be within 7% to 10% of the previous year’s Fixed Gross based upon satisfactory performance, subject to the achievement of a performance appraisal score of at least 90% (Minimum score to be eligible for annual increment) with the distribution of Annual increment aligned to the Fixed and variable components. (Fixed: variable: 90:10). The performance metrics will align with the KRAs defined for the respective cadres ensuring a clear and measurable assessment of the officer’s contributions.
