SEBI Gets New Voice in IFSC Authority [Govt Issues Notification]
The Financial Markets Division under the Ministry of Finance recently shared a notification on September 9, 2025, in powers given by section 5(1)(b) of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50), the Central Government makes the following further changes in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, vide number S.O. 2527(E) dated the 30th of July, 2020:-
In the said notification, against serial number 2, for the existing entry, the following will be replaced:
“Shri Manoj Kumar,
Executive Director,
Securities and Exchange Board of India ... Member”
