As stated in the official notification of SFIO Recruitment 2023, applications will be accepted from qualified individuals for the positions of Sr. Consultant, Jr.Consultant and Young Professionals purely on a short-term contract basis. There are a total of 91 vacancies available for the aforementioned positions.

Age Limitation for SFIO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of SFIO Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s maximum age limit for the mentioned position shall be 62 years.

Qualification and Experience for SFIO Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of SFIO Recruitment 2023, the required minimum educational qualification of the candidates are mentioned below:
For Law-

• Young Professional– The applicants should be Law Graduates with at least one year experience preferably having exposure to other investigation agencies and/ or regulatory bodies in the field of Corporate Law.
• Jr. Consultant– The applicants should be an Advocate with at least 3-8 years’ experience preferably having exposure to other investigation agencies and/ or regulatory bodies in the field of Corporate Law.

For Financial Analysis/ Forensic Audit-

• Young Professional- The applicants should be a CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with at least one year of experience preferably having exposure to other investigation agencies and/or regulatory bodies.
• Jr. Consultant- The applicants should be a CA/ CWA/ MBA(Finance) with at least 3-8 years of experience preferably having exposure to other investigation agencies and/ or regulatory bodies in the field of Financial Analysis/ Forensic Audit.
• Sr. Consultant- The applicants should be a CA/ CWA/ MBA (Finance) with 8-15 years of experience preferably having exposure to other investigation agencies and/ or regulatory bodies, especially in the field of Financial Analysis/ Forensic Audit.

For Banking and General Administration-
Jr. Consultant-

• The candidates should have the qualification of a PhD/ Master’s Degree or MBA in a relevant field/ subject as specified in the OR.
• The candidates should have a minimum post-qualification experience of 3-8 years in the required field.

Remuneration for SFIO Recruitment 2023:

The salary of the shortlisted candidates is shown below according to their posts, as stated in the official notification of SFIO Recruitment 2023:

• The candidates of Young Professional will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 60000.
• The candidates of Jr. Consultant will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 80000 to Rs.145000.
• The candidates of Sr. Consultant will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 145000 to Rs. 265000.

Tenure for SFIO Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of SFIO Recruitment 2023, the first period of engagement for consultants will be 03 years, extendable by 02 years on a case-by-case basis. Consultants may be hired for a maximum of 05 years or until they reach the age of 65, whichever comes first. The duration of the engagement, however, would be subject to successful review every 06 months.
