Senior Java Developer:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 4-7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Senior Middleware Engineer:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in handling Middleware deployment in an enterprise environment.

Quality Acceptance & Testing Engineer:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience with Information Technology.

Data Center & Network Resource Manager:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution with ITIL Foundation Certified in IT Service Management.
• Experience: At least 15+ years of experience with Information Technology Out of the above, minimum 10 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with a regulated financial services organization or in technology/software organizations engaged in Data Center Management, Planning & execution for setting up the passive & active components in the Data Center; Cloud Migration, Hybrid cloud, Backup & Restoration, Virtualization.

Data Center Infrastructure Management:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in incident, problem, change, and risk management.
• Experience: At least 15+ years of experience with Information Technology Out of the above, it is preferred that 10 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with a regulated financial services organization or in technology/software organizations engaged in Data Center Management, Planning & execution for setting up the passive & active components in the Data Center; Cloud Migration, Hybrid cloud, Backup & Restoration, Virtualization.

Technical Head – Networks:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT with 10+ years of experience in Networking and Security. Candidates with relevant certifications will be given preference.

Senior IT Security Lead:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. IT Security certification(s) like (CEH/CISSP/CCIE(Security)). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in incident, problem, change, and risk management.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Information Security more particularly in all aspects of Incident Response with IT / Application Infrastructure.

Automation Test Lead:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 7-12 years of experience with Information Technology. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Leading Testing Teams and Test Automation.

Release Manager:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 12-15 years of experience with Information Technology. 7+ Years of experience in Devops and Agile methodologies. 5+ Years of experience in Release Management Role.

Product Manager:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. MBA will be given preference.
• Experience: 15-18 years of experience with Information Technology, 10+ years of experience in the Financial/Banking Domain, and 7+ years of experience in a Product Manager role.

Data Scientist:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Candidates with MCA, Certifications in Data Science, and specialization in Mathematics/Statistics will be given preference.
• Experience: 15-18 years of experience with information technology, 8+ Years of experience

Selection Process for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

As per SIDBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection process for the advertised positions involves a two-step process, beginning with a preliminary screening of the applications received. The Bank will review the applications to determine the eligibility of the candidates, and a shortlist of eligible candidates will be prepared to attend the personal interview round. However, the fulfillment of the advertised requirements will not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for an interview.

In the second step, the bank will conduct personal interviews with the shortlisted candidates. The interviews will be held online on a suitable date, which will be informed in due course, before the Selection Committee. The committee will evaluate the candidates’ performance during the interviews, and a merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the interview. In case of a tie-in score, the ranking will be based on the candidate’s age in descending order. The bank reserves the right to draw waitlists of candidates in different grades and consider such waitlisted candidates for meeting the actual requirements.
