The candidates should have a full-time Diploma in Mechanical engineering from a recognized university/ institution in India.
Junior Field Engineer (Electrical):
The candidates should have a full-time Diploma in Electrical engineering from a recognized University/ Institute of India.
Junior Field Officer (Human Resource):
The candidates should have Graduated with one/ two years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma with specialization in Personnel/ Management/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare.
