State Bank of India Recruitment 2023: State Bank of India (SBI) is hiring candidates for the Specialist Cadre Officer posts on a contract basis in the SBI Contact Centre. As per the Official State Bank of India Recruitment Notification, there are 19 vacancies available. The age limit is between 25 years to 55 years. The job posting location will be Mumbai. Candidates selected on a contract basis will be engaged for 3 years, which can be extended up to 1 year.
The contractual officers will be entitled to 30 days leave during a year for which intervening holidays will be included. Before applying for a post, the applicant should ensure that he/ she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above for that post as on the specified date and that the particulars furnished by him/ her are correct in all respects. The minimum age limit is 33 years and the maximum age limit for this post is 45 years.
Manager
The minimum age limit is 25 years and the maximum age limit for this post is 40 years.
Post Wise Qualifications for State Bank of India Recruitment 2023 is given below:
Vice President (Transformation)
Graduate in B.C.A./B. Sc. (Computer Science)/B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution OR
Any Graduate (Regular) with (Full time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
Program Manager
Graduate in B.C.A./B. Sc. (Computer Science)/B. Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution OR
Any Graduate (Regular) with (Full time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
Manager Quality & Training
A graduation degree is mandatory from a recognized university (Regular)

The selection of candidates will be based on Short-listing, Interviews & CTC negotiations.
i) Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. The Short-listing Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
ii) Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
iii) CTC Negotiation: Salary will be based on the Current CTC. CTC will be negotiable.
iv) Merit List: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in the interview only. In case, more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.
As per the State Bank of India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Candidates should have a valid email ID/Mobile phone number which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will help him/her in getting call letters/Interview advises etc. by email.
i. Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the link available on SBI website https://bank.sbi/careers and pay the application fee using Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card etc.
ii. Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online the application will not be registered unless the candidate uploads his/ her photo and signature as specified on the online registration page (under ‘How to Upload Document”).
iii. Candidates should fill out the application carefully. Once the application is filled-in completely, the candidate should submit the same.
