Important Deadlines in February 2026 The following are the key due dates related to TDS compliance: February 14, 2026 It is the last date to issue TDS certificates for taxes deducted in December 2025. This applies to tax deducted on the purchase of property under Section 194-IA and on rent paid by individuals or HUFs under Section 194-IB. It is also the last date to issue the TDS certificate under Section 194M for tax deducted from payments made for contractual or professional services in December 2025. Apart from the above, it is also the last date to issue the TDS certificate under Section 194S for tax deducted on virtual digital asset transactions made by specified persons in December 2025.
