THDCIL Recruitment 2022: Tehri Hydro Development Corporation India Limited (THDCIL) is hiring eligible candidates for the recruitment of the post – Associate (E-5 & Below) Level. The candidate should have retired from the Indian Armed forces/Central Armed Police force/ Central Police Organization/State Police/ Paramilitary force at the Official level (Pay Matrix level 6 and above). The minimum work experience required for this recruitment is 25 years and the upper age limit is 65 years.

The age limit for this recruitment is 65 years and the monthly remuneration will be Rs 60000. The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline. The job responsibilities include – rightsizing/assessment of proper deployment of CISF manpower and Ex-Servicemen engaged through M/S UPNL in accordance with the sensitivity/criticalness of posts and coordinating to CISF related matters of KHEP and VPHEP Units along with the Tehri Project. Security Coordination and liaison with senior functionaries of Govt. of India/State Govt. and any other relevant authority to resolve security issues pertaining to THDCIL. The last date for application submission is 26th November 2022.

The Company was incorporated on 12th July 1988 to develop, operate and maintain the 2400MW Tehri Hydro Power Complex and other Hydro Projects. The Company has an authorized share capital of Rs.4000Cr. THDCIL is a Mini Ratna Category-I and Schedule “A” PSU. It is one of the premier power generators in the country with an installed capacity of 1587 MW with commissioning of Tehri Dam & HPP (1000MW), Koteshwar HEP (400MW), Dhukwan Small HEP (24 MW) and Wind Power Projects of 50MW at Patan,63MW at Dwarka and 50MW Solar Power Project Kasargod. Presently, THDCIL has three operational hydropower plants namely Tehri HPP (1000 MW), Koteshwar HEP (400 MW), Dhukwan Small HEP (24 MW), two active Wind Power Plants namely Patan Wind Farm (50 MW) and Devbhumi Dwarika Wind Farm (63 MW) and one solar project (50 MW). Two hydropower projects namely Tehri PSP (1000 MW) & VPHEP (444 MW) and one Thermal Project namely Khurja STPP (1320 MW) are under construction.
