According to the THDCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 17 Vacancies to be filled up as explained hereunder:

Pay Scale under THDCIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the THDC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Pay Scale Level Applicable to a Suitable Personnel selected for Appointment on Executive Trainees (HR/PR) shall be as hereunder:

The Selected Candidates will be placed at a Minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 50000.00 in the Pay Scale of Rs. 50000-3%-160000 (IDA) during the Training Period as Executive Trainee in E-2 Grade.

Such Candidates shall be absorbed after Successful Completion of Training as Senior Officer in E-3 Grade in Pay Scale of Rs. 60000-3%-180000 (IDA).

Age Limits under THDCIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the THDC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Willing Candidate with Eligibility should be aged as on the 01.03.2023 notified in the THDCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement shall remain as follows:

Essential Education Qualification:

Note: The Candidates with Minimum 65% Marks in Intermediate (10+2) and Matriculations (10th) from any Duly Recognized Inter/Pre-University/Board shall only be considered Eligible.

Post:

Executive (Human Resource):

Full-Time Regular MBA with Specialization in Personnel Manager/Post Graduate with Minimum 60% Marks/Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labor Welfare with Minimum 60% Marks/ Minimum 02 Years Full-Time Post Graduate Diploma in PM and IR/Labor Welfare
with Minimum 60% Marks/Master’s in Social Work or MHROD from Duly Recognized University/ Institutes Accredited by Appropriate Statutory Authority.

Desirable Qualification: Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.)

Executive (Public Relations):

Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate with 02-Years’ Full-Time Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Relations/Mass Communication/Journalism from the Accredited Indian University/Institute Accredited by Appropriate Statutory Authority in India with Minimum 60% Marks

Selection Criteria under THDCIL Recruitment 2023:

Selection for Appointment of the Candidate on Executive Trainee (Human Resources)/ Executive Trainee (Public Relations) shall comprise as follows:

The Selection Process consists of Marks obtained in UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) and Personal Interview with Due Weightage in the ratio 70:30.

2. Eligible Candidates should have obtained the Marks as follows:

I) Open Merit Candidates: 40% Aggregate Marks

II) EWS Candidates: 40% Aggregate Marks

III) SCs/STs/OBCs (NCL)/ PwBDs: Minimum 35% Marks in Subject 55 for wherever Vacancy is reserved in the UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles)Subject Code 55 for ETHR Candidates and UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) Subject 63 for ET-PR Candidates.

Qualified Candidates shall be shortlisted Category-wise for Personal Interview on the basis of their Marks in the UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycle) in the corresponding Paper and as per the Criteria decided by THDCIL Management.

IV) The Candidates must qualify in the Personal Interview in order to be considered for the Empanelment. The Qualifying Percentage Marks in the Interview for different Categories are as mentioned hereunder:

Due Weightage of Marks: Aggregate 100% Marks

1) Marks obtained in UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles):70%

2) Marks obtained in Personal Interview: 30%

Note: The Selected Candidates shall need to furnish Service Agreement Bond as for a Sum as follows:

1: General Candidates: Rs.10.00 Lac (Rupees Ten Lac) only

2: EWS/OBC (NCL) Candidates: Rs.10.00 Lac (Rupees Ten Lac) only
