Tips Films Discloses Ongoing GST inspection, search and seizure operation
Tips Films Limited, an Indian entertainment company that mainly focuses on the production and distribution of motion pictures, recently issued a disclosure, addressed to BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, regarding GST inspection, search and seizure.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company added that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Department in Mumbai, Maharashtra, has started an inspection and search operation at the company’s registered and corporate offices. The company further informed that this process started on February 17, 2026, and is still ongoing.
The company is currently collecting the required information and responding to the questions raised by the GST officials. A final report related to this search and inspection will be completed according to the prescribed procedures once the process is finished.
The company said its officers and staff are fully cooperating with the GST Department during this operation. If there are any important updates after the inspection is completed, the company will inform the relevant authorities in due time.
Meanwhile, the company’s regular business activities are continuing without any disruption during this search period.
