TNPSC Recruitment 2024: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor, Grade-II in the Prosecution Department. The salary of the chosen applicants for TNPSC Recruitment 2024 will be in pay Level 22 (contributory pension scheme) per month. Selection for these posts will be done based on the performance of candidates in the preliminary examination, main written examination, and certificate verification followed by interview round. The final decision will be determined based on the total marks obtained by applicants in the Main Written Examination Paper II, Paper III, Paper IV, Paper V, and Interview considered together.
A total of 51 posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor, Grade-II are to be filled in the Prosecution Department across the state. Candidates should be a members of the Bar and must have had an active practice in Criminal Courts for a period of not less than 5 years. Aspirants should have adequate knowledge of Tamil. Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100 for the preliminary examination fee and Rs. 200 for the main written examination fee through the online mode. The age limit for applying for the above-mentioned opportunity should be in the range of 26 to 36 years old. The candidate who has achieved a B.L. degree from any university or institution is required to apply for this post.
