TRAI Recruitment 2023: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Government of India, has called in Applications from the Officers for the Post Advisor (Financial & Economic Analysis) (Deputation) on Foreign Service Terms. The Post Advisor (F & EA) on Deputation FSTs entitled to Pay Scale Level 14 (Rs.144200 to R. 218200) per 7th Central Pay Commission Plus Allowances Admissible in compliance with the Government of India Rules.

The Cadre Controlling Authority Officials under all the Ministries/ Ministerial Departments/ Central Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous of the Government of India may forward Before the Last Date 17th February 2023 (17.02.2023) Applications of those Eligible Officers, Whose Services could be placed at the disposal of the TRAI (who may be spared) immediately in the event of their Selection.

Pay Scale Level for TRAI Recruitment 2023:

Pay Scale: Level 14 (Rs. 144200 to Rs.218200) in the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC plus Admissible Allowances [Pre-Revisedd Pay Band 04, Rs. 37400-67000 Plus Grade Pay Rs.10000] in compliance with the Government of India Rules.

Age Limit for TRAI Recruitment 2023:

As per the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, Eligible Officer’s Maximum Age for Appointment on Deputation must not exceed 56 Years.

Eligibility Criteria for TRAI Recruitment 2023:

A) Officers under the Central Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory and Autonomous Bodies:

i) holding Equivalent Post(s) on Regular Basis; Or

ii) Officers in the Selection Grade with 04-Years’ Regular Service in the Grade; Or

iii) Group ‘A’ Officers with 17 Years’ Regular Service in Group ‘A’ of which Minimum 04-Years’ Regular Service shall be in the Selection Grade.

B) The Officer Candidates should have in possession a Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Commerce/Engineering/ Law/Science/Humanities from any Accredited University/Institution; Or Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and having in possession Requisite Experience in the relevant Work Domain.

Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation/Post Graduation (Economics/Statistics and/or gained the Knowledge of Econometric Modeling, Use of Statistical Tools for Use in Economic Regulations, Regulatory Cost Analysis and Tariff Issues.

Selection Process for TRAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the TRAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India shall fill up the Post Advisor (F&EA) On Deputation On Foreign Service Terms Initially for 03 Years. Posting of the Advisor (Financial & Economic Analysis) shall be offered for the TRAI Head Quarter, New Delhi.

Attested Photostats of the Following Documents

I) Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of the Preceding 05 Years;

II) Vigilance Clearance (VC);

III) Disciplinary Clearance (DC)

IV) Cadre Clearance of the Eligible Candidates.

All the Attested Photocopies of the Documents annexed with the duly completed Applications should be enclosed in a Properly Sealed Cover superscripted “Application for the Post Advisor (F&EA) On Deputation on FSTs in TRAI HQ
