Tenure for UCO Bank Recruitment 2024:

Qualification for UCO Bank Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the given below Qualifications for UCO Bank Recruitment 2024.

For Advisor-Learning and Development-

• Candidates must have a Graduation degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. Of India. /Govt. bodies/AICTE etc.
• Experience– Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Banking Sector or Financial Institution out of which a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of Training/ Learning and Development/ Leadership role in the Bank at the level of GM and above OR Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of HR/ Training/ Learning and Development/ Management Development from Academic or Premier Institutes/ Professional Management / Leadership Coaching Institutes.

For HR Advisor-

• Candidates must hold a Graduation in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. Of India. /Govt. bodies/AICTE etc.
• Experience- Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Banking Sector or Financial Institution out of which a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Leadership role at the level of GM and above/ in the field of HR at the level of DGM and above. Candidates with a background in HR and in the Leadership Role will be given preference.

For Advisor-Gold Loan Portfolio-

• Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. Of India. /Govt. bodies/AICTE etc.
• Experience- Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Banking Sector/NBFC out of which a minimum of 3 years at Senior level in managing the Gold Loan Portfolio.

For Risk Consultant-

• Candidates must have a Graduation degree with Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. OR
  Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute.
• Experience– Candidates must have a minimum of 25 years of overall experience in a Bank (India/Abroad)/ Financial Institution with exposure to Risk Management. Should have headed Risk Management for at least 2 Years.

For Collections Advisor-

• Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India. /Govt. bodies/AICTE etc.
• Experience– Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Banking Sector/NBFC out of which a minimum of 3 years of experience at the Senior level in Recovery/ Collection/Credit monitoring functions at the corporate level.

Age Limit for UCO Bank Recruitment 2024:

For the post of Advisor-Gold Loan Portfolio.

• The minimum age limit is 40 years.
• The maximum age limit is 55 years.

For the post of Risk Consultant-

• The maximum age limit is 62 years.
