UIDAI Recruitment 2023: Check Posts, Vacancies, Other Details and Application Procedure
UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India, has invited Applications in respect of the Officers Eligible for Appointments on 01) Private Secretary (PS) and 02) Accountant Posts On Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Basis vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Dated 20.04.2023. Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has arisen with Notified 02 Posts 01) Private Secretary and 02) Accountant having 01 Vacancy for each Post under Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Basis for Posting in the UIDAI Regional Office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Last Dates for the Eligible Officers to complete the Application Submission Process through “Proper Channel” are 05.06.2023 and 19.06.2023 respectively.
*Note: The Central Government Employees completing 05 Years’ Service are also Eligible to apply for both Posts.
The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs.
As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there are 02 Posts to be filled up by Deputation (FSTB) narrated hereunder:
Brief Description: 02 Posts with 02 Vacancies (01 Vacancy for each Post)
01) Private Secretary: 01 Vacancy
02) Accountant: 01 Vacancy
Deputation Term: Normal Term of Deputation (FSTB) will remain 05 Years
Posting Location: UIDAI Regional Office, Bengaluru
As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Officers appointed as 01) Private Secretary and 02) Accountant shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary under varying Pay Pay Matrix Levels subsequent to Appointments on both Private Secretary and Accountant Posts.
01) Private Secretary: Pay Matrix Level 08
02) Accountant: Pay Matrix Level 05
As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidate should be aged as on the Closing Date of receipt of the Application.
Age Limit: Below 56 Years
The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, as explained hereunder:
01) Private Secretary Post:
Essential:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 07; Or
ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 06; Or
B) The Officers from State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization
i) holding Regular Posts in corresponding Grades with Essential Desirable Experience.
Desirable:
i) Experience in Office Management/Secretarial Assistance.
ii) Experience in Stenography Work.
iii) Basic Skills for working in a Computerized Office Environment.
02) Accountant Post:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 04; Or
ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 03; Or
B) The Officers from State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization; With
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce/Graduate in Commerce from any Duly Recognized University.
Desirable: Basic Skills for working in a Computerized Office Environment.
The Selection Process for Notified, both Private Secretary and Accountant Posts involves Deputation Process mandating Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Officers shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including the Experience. Only Shortlisted Candidates would be called in for Interview/Interaction.
Note: The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection for both, Private Secretary and Accountant Posts.
The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the DoPT (Department of Personnel & Training) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.
Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period in respect of both Posts, Private Secretary and Accountant Post spans of 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve any Officer for a Less Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services at UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in the Notified Posts 01) Private Secretary and 02) Accountant, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.
i) The Willing Applicants should submit their respective Advance Applications duly completed in all respects up to 05.06.2023.
ii) The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services may be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the prescribed Essential Documents ensuring receipt in the UIDAI latest by 19.06.2023.
*Note: The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs.
However, their Applications will be considered only after receiving the same through Proper Channel annexed with Supporting Documents explained in this UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.
The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services can be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the following documents ensuring Receipt in the UIDAI, Regional Office:
i) Attested Copy of Application, in the Prescribed Proforma – Annexure-I.
ii) Cadre Clearance Certificate issued by the Controlling Authority.
iii) Statement giving detail of Major/Minor Penalties imposed on the Officer during the Last 10 (Ten) Years (Annexure-II)
iv) Vigilance Clearance /Integrity Certificate (Annexure-II).
v) Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the Last 05 (Five) Years duly attested on each Page by an Officer Not Below the Level of the Under Secretary or Equivalent (Annexure-II).
