UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), New Delhi has sought Applications from the Officers meeting Eligibility Criteria for Appointment on 02 Posts; Section Officer (SO) and Assistant Section Officer (ASO) on Deputation Basis on Foreign Service Terms (FSTs), in its Regional Offices Bengaluru (Karnataka) and State Office, Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) from amongst Suitable and Eligible Officers. Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 04 Vacancies to be filled up with Selection of the Officer Candidates on the Posts Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer are under Pay Scale Level 08 and Pay Scale Level 06 notified therein.
The Eligible Officers with Willingness for SO and ASO Posts On Deputation (Foreign Service Term Basis) may complete up to 23rd March 2023 (23.03.2023) the Application Submission Process in the shape of Advance Copy of their respective duly completed Applications The Last Date for the Cadre Controlling Authority/Employers for forwarding the Names with Applications of the Eligible Candidates with Willingness is 10th April 2023 (10.04.2023) notified in the UIDAI Recruitment Advertisement.
As notified in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023, there are 04 Vacancies to for the Section Officer and Assistant Officer Posts On Deputation (FSTB).
The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services can be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the prescribed Essential Documents.
As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Position to be filled up by Deputation (FSTB):
1) Section Officer: 02 Vacancies
2) Assistant Section Officer: 02 Vacancies
Posting Locations: Regional Offices, Bengaluru and Bengaluru and State Office, Thiruvananthapuram
Deputation Term: Normal Term of Deputation (FSTB) will remain 05 Years
As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidate should be aged under 56 Years.
Maximum Age Limit: 56 Years
1) Section Officer: Pay Level 08
2) Assistant Section Officer: Pay Level 06
Eligibility for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

1) Section Officer Post:
Essential: The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department with 03/05 Years of Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Levels 07/06; Or
The Officers from State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in the corresponding Grades with Requisite Experience with Post-related Desirable Experience.
2) Assistant Section Officer Post:
Essential: The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department with 03/05/07 Years of Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Levels 05/04/03; Or
The Officers from State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in the corresponding Grades with Requisite Experience with Post-related Desirable Experience.
The Selection Process for the Assistant Director (Technology) involves as explained vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 mandates Shortlisting Criteria on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including the Experience.
The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Interview/Interaction.
The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.
The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment(Pay II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.
Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation:
The Deputation Period shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services at UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, Eligible and Willing Candidates should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.
The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services can be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the Mandatory Documents.
