UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has sought Applications from the Government Officers Eligible for Appointment on the Post of Private Secretary On a Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Basis for the Technical Center, Bengaluru. According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued, the Officers under the Central Government/State Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies, etc., with Requisite Years’ Experience Service completed, may apply up to 2nd March 2023 (02.03.2023) as has been explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.
As notified in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023, there is 01 Vacancy for Private Secretary Post On Deputation (FSTB) under Pay Matrix Level 08. *Note: The Cadre Controlling Authority/Employers may forward the Names with duly completed Applications in respect of Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs up to the 2nd March 2023 (02.03.2023) explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued for the purpose.
As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible Professionals to complete the Application Submission Process through the “Proper Channel” is as follows:
The Willing Applicants may submit their Advance Application up to 02.03.2023.
The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services may be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the prescribed Essential Documents ensuring receipt in the UIDAI latest by 17th March 2023 (17.03.2023).
As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, only 01 Post is to be filled up on Deputation (FST) Basis.

Posting Location: Technical Center, Bengaluru
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, post-selection the Officer shall be entitled to the Pay Matrix Level 08 on Private Secretary Posting.
Pay Scale: Level 08
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidate should be aged under 56 Years.
Maximum Age Limit: 56 Years
The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, Mandatory Eligibility including Educational Qualification, Post-Qualification Experience, etc., with reference to Personal Secretary Posting should be as explained hereunder:
Essential:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 07; Or
ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 06; Or
B) The Officers from the State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization with the Desirable Experience in the Post-related Key Responsibility Areas explained hereunder:
Desirable:
i) Experience of Office Management/Secretarial Assistance.
ii) Experience in Stenography Work.
iii) Basic Skills for working in a Computerized Office Environment.
As explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Selection Process for the Private Secretary Post involves mandates Shortlisting Criteria on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including the Desirable Experience explained therein.
Note*: The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.
The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria prescribed in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Interview/Interaction.
The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment(Pay II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.
Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation:
The Deputation Period shall be of 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03 Years in any case.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services at UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.
Eligible and Willing Candidates should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.
The Willing Applicants may submit their Advance Application up to 02.03.2023.
However, their Applications will be considered only after receiving the same through Proper Channel annexed with Supporting Documents explained in this UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.
