UKPSC Recruitment 2022 for 894 Vacancies: Check Post, Eligibility, Pay Level, and How to Apply

UKPSC Recruitment 2022: Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has invited Applications from the Candidates meeting Eligibility including the Educational Qualification and Physical Standards in reference to Recruitment to Group ‘C’ Forest Guard Posts in Uttarakhand Forest Department (UKFD) against 894 Vacancies including 473 Vacancies earmarked for General (Open) Merit Candidates.

Among the Candidates, those who deem to have fulfilled the Mandatory Eligibility for Group ‘C’ Forest Guard Post and are willing to apply for the Forest Guard Recruitment Examination-2022 should go through the UKPSC issued Recruitment Advertisement for Group ‘C’ Forest Guard Post Recruitment 2022 before applying for Online Application Process explained in the UK Public Service Commission issued Notification in respect of the Forest Guard Recruitment 2022. There are 894 Vacancies to be filled through Group ‘C’ Forest Guard Posts in Uttarakhand Forest Department.

The Last Date for the Candidates’ Online Applications with the Prescribed Particulars including Scanned Signature, Photograph, Testimonials in PDF Format etc., in respect of the Forest Guard Examination 2022 will terminate on 11.11.2022 that is the Last Date notified by Uttarakhand Public Service Commission.

UKPSC Forest Guard Recruitment Examination 2022:

Selection Methodology: Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, subsequent to screening of the Online Application Particulars of the Candidates, will conduct a Shortlisting Process. Only Shortlisted Candidates will be intimated for appearing in the Objective Type Test. The UKPSC,  prior to preparing the Final Selection List after the Medical Examination/Review Medical Examination (RME) and Character Antecedent Verification Process, etc., will summon the Candidates having scored the Minimum Qualifying Percentile Marks to appear in the Physical Standards and Measurement Test including the Document and Testimonial Verification

Selection Process: UK Public Selection Commission will carry out Selection of the Candidates for the Forest Guard Post by taking into account the Marks obtained (yielding Category-specific and Community-wise Merit) in an OMR Response Sheet-Based Single Objective-Type Written Examination followed by Physical Standard Measurement Test (Qualifying nature).

Vacancy Detail: 894 (Including 473 earmarked for General Merit Candidates) Nos.

Pay Level-3: Pay Matrix of Rs.21700.00 to Rs.69100.00 Per Month

Age Limits (As on 01.07.2022): General Merit Candidate should have attained Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 28 Years. The Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates are relaxable and the Conditions are explained in UKPSC Notification for Uttarakhand Forest Department Forest Guard Recruitment Examination 2022.

Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have passed Intermediate (XII) from any Duly Recognized Board of Examination/Council Or any Equivalent Institution established by the Law of the Central Government/State Government in India.

Preferential Qualifications: The Candidate must have

i) rendered 02-Years’ Service in the State’s Territorial Army;

ii) obtained ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC)

Physical Standards Measurements: Both Male and Female Candidates should fulfill the following Physical Eligibility as follows:

A.i) Male: Minimum Height: 163 Cm And Chest: 79 Cm (Un-expanded) and 84 Cm (After Inflation by 05 Cm)

A.ii) Female: Minimum Height: 150 Cm AND Weight in proportion to the Height and Age.

B.i) Male Scheduled Tribal (ST) Candidates from the Garhwal, Kumaoni, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Dogra, Ladakh, Naga, Gorkha, Sikkim, Lahaul and Spiti, Meghalaya Regions: 152 Cm

B.ii) Female Scheduled Tribal Candidates: 145 Cm

Scheduled Tribal Male Candidates: Unexpanded 76 Cm. and Inflated/Expanded 81 Cm.

Physical Standard Qualifying Rule: The Candidates qualify the Race in the Time fixed. Only Candidates declared Successful having qualified the Race will only be considered for the Selection Process.

a) Male Candidates to complete 25 Km. Run/Race in 04 Hours

b) Female Candidates to complete 14 Km. Race/Run in 04 Hours
