Overview:

Unilever is hiring an experienced Factory HR- PAN India at their Mumbai location. The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of our organization. Also need to facilitate with the employees and ER team to ensure smooth functioning of the factory and Labour Relations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in executing the HR strategy for the Unit.
  • Executingstrategiestoengageunion&unioncommitteememberstothe optimumlevel.
  • Implementing strategies for engagement of union and unionized employees through h involvement
  • Supportinbuildinga healthy workingenvironmentbycreatingsenseofbelonging, ownership& care.
  • Help buildthe Involvementandparticipationofgrassrootincontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
  • Playvitalroleinallconflictresolutionpertainingto theworkmen
  • Maintaincordialrelationswithallworkmenbyregular formalandinformalinteractionwithworkmen workmen groups and opinion leaders on the shop floor.
  • Ensuringcomplianceandqualityinperformance&skillassessmentofallworkmen
  • SupportingtheUHRMforcomplianceofallperformancemanagementactivities—Ensuring Qualityand Timeliness
  • Ensuring manpower availability of 100% permanent & contingent labour
  • Trackingandcontrollingunauthorisedabsenteeism
  • Designingannualtrainingcalendar,draftingmonthlytrainingplan&monitoringcompliance
  • Mitigatingcriticalskillgapsandensuringreadinessonsuchidentifiedcriticalskills.
  • Grievance handling of workmen & executives
  • Maintaining & providing welfare amenities
  • Handling exit for malities (ExitInterviews]

Key Skills & Requirement:

  • Postgraduate in HR with relevant experience of 4-6 years.
  • Shouldpossessin-depthknowledgeoflabourlawsanddisciplinaryproceedingsalongwithitsapplication and implementation in manufacturing facility.
  • Theindividualshouldhavestrong IR/ERexperienceina LargeManufacturingsetups,complete understandingandexperienceofstatutory compliance.
