Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to hold pre-budget consultations with stakehodlers from service & trade sector

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will lead pre-budget consultations with stakeholders from various sectors on Friday in preparation for the upcoming general budget 2022-23. The meeting will take place electronically.

She will meet with representatives from the services and trade sectors, as well as specialists from industry, infrastructure, and climate change.

“Smt. @nsitharaman, Union Finance Minister, will lead Pre-Budget consultations with stakeholders from diverse sectors in two sessions tomorrow, December 17, 2021, in New Delhi, in connection with the upcoming General Budget 2022-23. The talks are taking place virtually “In a tweet, the Finance Ministry stated.

“FM Smt. @nsitharaman will hold consultations with representatives from the Services and Trade sectors in the forenoon, and with a second group of specialists from Industry, Infrastructure, and Climate Change in the afternoon,” it added.
