UPPCL Recruitment 2022 for 186 Vacancies: Pay Matrix Level 05, Check Post, ORA Date and How to Apply

UPPCL Recruitment 2022: The Electricity Service Commission (ESE) has invited Applications from the Candidates meeting the Eligibility Criteria in reference to the Post Assistant Accountant (AA) in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). Those Applicants Intending to apply for UP Power Corporation Limited notified Assistant Accountant (Asstt Actt) Post should carefully go through UPPCL Recruitment Advertisement 2022 for the Post Assistant Accountant.

There are 186 Vacancies for UPPCL Executive Assistant Post notified by Vidyut Seva Ayog (VSA). Online Application Submission Process in reference to Assistant Accountant Post shall commence on 8th November 2022 with the Last Date for Candidates’ Online Application slated to terminate on 28th November 2022. The Last Date for downloading the SBI Challan is 30th September 2022.

The Electricity Service Commission (ESE), Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. shall host tentatively in the Last Week of October 2022 a Computer-Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) at various Examinations Centers across Uttar Pradesh.

Modality of Application: The Eligible Candidates willing to be Applicant for Assistant Accountant Post, should apply following the prescribed Instructions in the ESE UPPCL Recruitment Notification 2022 as well as the Corrigendum, may apply.

Selection Methodology: Selection for the Post Assistant Accountant consists of 02 Stages; viz., Stage 1: Computer-Based Written Test comprising 02 Parts; i.e., Paper-I with 50 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions shall carry 50 Marks, and Paper-II with 150 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type for Maximum 150 Marks. There involves Negative Marking @ 0.25 (¼) for each Incorrect Response or Multiple Answers for any Multiple-Choice Question.

Stage 2: A Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) (Qualifying nature) necessitates the Candidates to qualify the Minimum 50% Qualifying Marks. The Electricity Service Commission shall prepare a Merit List for the General Category and Reserved Community Candidates.

Selection Process: The Electricity Service Commission (ESE), Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd shall conduct tentatively in the 2nd Week of January 2023 a 02 Stage Recruitment Process for the Candidates as follows

1) A Computer-Based Test consisting of 02 Parts comprising 200 (Part I: 50 + Part II: 150) Multiple Choice Questions of Objective-Type for Maximum 200 Marks and

2) A Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) even though Qualifying in nature, yet entailing Minimum Qualifying 50% Marks followed by Preparation of Final Merit List Category-specific and Community-wise.

A) Computer-Based Examination Written Test 2023 Scheme:

Total 200 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions = 200 Marks with Negative Marking of ¼ (0.25 Marks)

Paper-I: DOEACC “O” Level 50 Objective-Type MCQs

Paper II: Part-I: General English (Intermediate Level) and General Hindi (Intermediate Standard): 25 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions each; Part II: Arithmetic: 50 OT Multiple-Choice Questions and Part III: Accountancy, Auditing and Income-Tax comprising 50 Objective-Type MCQs for Total 150 Marks.

A Computer Knowledge Test (CKT) for 50 Marks will be held, which remains Qualifying in nature. The Electricity Service Commission shall not reckon the Minimum Qualifying 20 Marks obtained by the Candidates towards preparing the Final Merit List.

B) Computer Typewriting Proficiency Test:  The Computer Proficiency Test for 20 Marks will be conducted in Hindi in Kruti Dev 010 or 016 Fonts.
