UPSC Recruitment 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is searching for qualified and experienced Indian applicants to fill out the post of Dangerous Goods Inspector, Foreman, Deputy Assistant Director, Assistant Public Prosecutor and Unani Physician in multiple departments. Candidates for this post should be between the ages of 30 and 40. In accordance with the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, Female/SC/ST/People with Benchmark Disability candidates are exempt from paying the Rs.25 application fee.

Referring to the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, there are now 18 open opportunities for the aforementioned positions. Individuals selected will be paid a monthly wage up to Level 11 by the 7th CPC. To determine selection, the hiring process will be followed by an interview. Candidates will receive 50 points for UR/EWS, 45 points for OBC, and 40 points for SC/ST/PwBD out of a total of 100 points. According to the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted individuals would be assigned to the DGCA Headquarters in New Delhi with All India Service Liability (AISL). Experience for UPSC Recruitment 2023:

For Dangerous Goods Inspector-

  • Applicants should have a total experience of 07 years.
  • Applicants should have 02 years of experience as Dangerous Goods Instructor of a training organization approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. And
  • Applicants should have 05 years of experience in handling air cargo in scheduled operations.

For Deputy Assistant Director (Forensic Science)-

  • Applicants should have 01 year of experience teaching the subject in a recognized University one year of analytical experience in the Centre for Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) or State or the Forensic Laboratory of Union Territory or one year of analytical experience from a recognized University.

Qualification for UPSC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s required qualifications are mentioned below-

For Dangerous Goods Inspector-

  • Applicants should have a Degree in any discipline.
  • Applicants having undergone a Category-6 Dangerous Goods Training course duly approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) or International Air Transport Association (IATA).

For Foreman (Chemical)-

  • Applicants should have a Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology from any recognized University plus one year of experience in the relevant field i.e. Chemical from a recognized organization. OR
  • Applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from any recognized University. OR
  • Applicants should have an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in the relevant field i.e. Chemical plus one year of experience in the relevant field i.e. Chemical from a recognized organization.

For Deputy Assistant Director (Forensic Science)-

  • Applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science from a recognized University.

For Assistant Public Prosecutor-

  • Applicants should have a Degree in Law from a recognized University.

For Unani Physician-

  • Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Unani Medicine from a recognized University Statutory State Board Council or Faculty of Indian Medicine recognized under the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020 (14 of 2020).
  • Applicants should be enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or State Register of Indian Medicine.
