UPSSSC Recruitment 2022: 1262 Vacancies, Check Post, Eligibility and How to Apply

UPSSSC Recruitment 2022: Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has invited Applications from the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2021 Candidates Eligible with reference to the Combined Junior Assistant Main Examination for the Posts 1) Junior Assistant.

The UP Subordinate Services Selection Commission notified 1262 Vacancies are to be filled against the Junior Assistant under 1) Uttar Pradesh Medical Health & Family Welfare Department Subordinate Office Clerk Cadre and 2) Directorate of Industry and Enterprise Promotion (DIEP). All 1262 Vacancies notified in reference to Junior Assistant Posts notified by UP Subordinate Services Selection Commission, Uttar Pradesh are Temporary/Permanent in nature.

On 14th December 2022 (14.12.2022) is the Ending Date for Combined Junior Assistant PET 2021 Qualified Candidates, so Shortlisted may apply with the Last Date with Duly completed Applications with the Prescribed Testimonials, Examination Fee, etc., in reference to the Junior Assistant Post to be filled vide Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission. The Candidates shall be able to do Rectifications/Corrections in the Applications with the Fee Adjustment by the Candidates up to 21st December 2022 (21.12.2022).

Selection Process: Selection for the Notified Post Junior Assistant consists of 02 Stages; Stage 1) A Computer-Based Test for Combined Junior Assistant Main Examination 2021 for 65 Marks followed by Stage 2) A Computer-Based Typewriting Test (Qualifying).

Objective Type Written Examination consists of 03 Parts as follows:

Examination Hours: 90 Minutes (1½ Hour)

No. Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions: 130 Nos.

Total Marks: 65

Negative Marking: 0.25 (¼) Mark

Total Due (Marks) Weightage: 35 Marks

Part 1: Hindi Cognition and Writing Ability: 60 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions = 30 Marks

Part 2: General Intelligence Test: 30 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions = 15 Marks

Part 3:  General Knowledge: 40 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions = 20 Marks

UP SSSC has allocated Due Weightage Marks’ Aggregate 35 Marks (Maximum 20 Marks Plus Maximum 10 Marks for the Educational Qualifications, viz., Intermediate and Graduate Plus 05 Marks for Sports Representation; viz., International/National/State/University or College Games Participation).

Selection to the Post Junior Assistant shall be based on the Merit drawn by reckoning the Candidates’ Marks in the Combined Junior Assistant Main Examination 2021 (with 1½ Hours’ (90 Minutes) Exam Duration comprising 03 Parts; viz., 130 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type for Maximum 65 Marks with Negative Marking @ 0.25 (¼) for each Incorrect Response or Multiple Answers for every Objective-Type MCQs) and Weightage Criteria for Academic Qualification (Up to Maximum 20 Marks for Intermediate Plus Up to Maximum 10 Marks for Graduation and Up to Maximum 05 Marks for International/National/State/University or College Level.
