Overview:

Adobe is hiring an experienced Senior Compliance Executive at their Bangalore location. An experienced and skilled Sr. Compliance Executive will assist with the management of custom and corporate compliance across the entire company in India, ensuring that all processes are accurately adhered to deliver the highest level of internal customer service. Excelling this role and initiating more innovative ideas can lead the person to look upon more opportunities with Company and progress further. The role of a Sr. Compliance Executive will manage all Compliance related to custom and STPI and update company records, ensuring that all customs related documents are stored accurately and in compliance with company regulations.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Manage Compliances & regulatory support for STPI/Imports and other trade compliance across the company

Ensure the highest compliance levels for all customs and government agency requirements across all staff and teams.

Handling Vendor profile for custom clearance & STPI filings and having regular review meeting

Providing efficient support for Import to various cross functional teams

Build up smooth import flow and drive continual process improvements to support business

Assets reconciliation of non-traceable assets with Bond Register with fixed assets records.

Handling Corporate US Office Shipments of Inter office materials, Employee gifts, awards & other R &D Shipments flow

Responsible for all documentation for process, guidelines, Company’s control for any Import in India and ensure application by the respective team

Perform due diligence checks as and when required

Digitalization of Customs records

Support Fixed Asset team

Collaboration with various business partners for logistics

Ad-hoc analysis as the need basis, and self-initiated projects encouraged



Qualifications for this Job:

Positive attitude and comfort in an environment subject to change as the business evolves

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA/Chartered Accountant preferred, but not mandatory

Excellent understand and knowledge of International Trade, Compliance, STPI/SEZ/RBI and Custom regulations

AEO application experience would be beneficial for this role.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional follow-through capabilities

Excel skills are important, and PowerPoint are also useful
