Want to Opt in New-Tax Regime? Income Tax Form 10IE enabled for FY 21-22 (AY 22-23)

Following the Pro-Active approach, Income-tax Department has enabled Income Tax Form 10IE for FY 21-22 (AY 22-23) on Income Tax Portal.

Application for exercise/withdrawal of option under section 115BAC(5) [New Tax Regime] of the Income-tax Act, 1961 is filed in Form No. 10IE. This form is in compliance with Rule 21AG.
