Western Coalfields Recruitment 2022: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has invited Online Applications from the Experienced Candidates duly satisfying the Eligibility for Appointment to the Post Director (Personnel) in Western Coalfields Limited (WCL). Such Officers, who deem to have fulfilled the Eligibility Benchmark in reference to the PESB issued Notification for Post Director(Personnel), and desire to apply are Eligible for Online Registration for submission of the Application. The Last Date for Candidates’ Online Registration Application is slated to close on 9th November 2022 (09.11.2022) as notified in the Public Enterprises Selection Board Recruitment Notification for the Post Director (Personnel) in M/s Western Coalfields Limited.
Note: The Eligible Applicants, who may be spared for Appointment after Selection to the Post of Director (Personnel) should apply through Proper Channel with Testimonials accompanying a No-Objection-Certificate, and all other Mandatory Testimonials issued by the Forwarding Authority or the Employer as mentioned in the PESB Recruitment Notification 2022 for Director (Personnel) in Western Coalfields Ltd.
Modality of Application:
The Willing Applicants may either i) fill up the Application Form Online only against the Job Description (Director-Personnel) to be forwarded in Online Mode; Or ii) fill up the Application Form Online and take a Printout of the Online Application, annexed with all the Testimonials to be dispatched in Offline mode through Registered Post or Speed Post or Carrier on Order.
Selection Criteria: The Public Enterprises Selection Board will accord Due Preference to the Candidates serving or having rendered their services in any of the Listed Companies.
Note: The Minimum length of Services essential in the Eligible Pay Scale is 01 Year in regard to the Internal Personnel and as regards Others (External) is 02 Years As on 1st August 2023.
Appointment Tenure: Post-selection Appointment of the Incumbent shall remain Five years from the Date of Joining or up to the Date of Superannuation or until further Government Orders, whichever being Earlier.

Eligibility:

1. For Internal Candidates: Minimum 40 Years and Maximum 02-Years’ Residual Service as on the Date of Occurrence of the Vacancies (i.e., 01.08.2023) in reference to the Date of Superannuation.

Post-Appointment the Incumbent will be paid Remuneration as per the Eligibility Pay Scale mentioned in the subsequent Lines.
i) Pre 01.01.1992: Rs.7250 to Rs. 8250 (IDA)
ii) Post 01.01.1992: Rs.9500 to Rs.11500 (IDA)
iii)Post 01.01.1997: Rs.20500 to Rs.26500 (IDA)
iv) Post 01.01.2007: Rs.51300 to Rs. 73000 (IDA)
v) Post 01.01.2017: Rs.120000 to Rs. 280000 (IDA)
vi) Pre-Revised Post 01.01.1996: Rs.18400 to Rs.22400 (CDA)
vii) Post 01.01.2006: Rs. Rs.37400 to Rs.67000 Plus GP 10000 (CDA)
viii) Post 01.01.2016: Rs. 144200 to Rs.218200 (Level 14) CDA
Essential Qualifications:
Education: The Applicant should have in possession a Bachelor’s Degree with Sound Academic Record from any duly recognized University/Institute.
Desirable: Applicants with Post-Graduate Diploma (PG Diploma) or Degree in Personnel Management (DiPM)/Human Resources Management (HRM) or Master in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/Program in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from any duly recognized University/Institution will have a cutting edge.
Serving Experience: The Applicant should have Minimum 05-Years’ Aggregate (Cumulative) Serving Experience during the past 10 (Ten) Years in various aspects of Human Resource/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in any Esteemed Organisation.
Other Essential Eligibility Conditions:
A.1) The Applicants from Central Government/All India Services should be holding a Post of the Level of the Director in the Government of India or carrying an Equivalent Pay Scale on the Date of Online Application (i.e., 1st November 2022).
2) The Applicants from the Armed Forces of the Union should be holding a Post of the Level of Brigadier in the Army or Equivalent Rank in the Indian Navy/Indian Air Force on the Date of Online Application (i.e., 1st November 2022).
B) The Applicants from the State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSE)/ Private Sector (PS) should be serving in the Board Level Position Or be holding a Minimum Post of the Level immediately below the Board Level on the Date of Online Application (i.e., 1st November 2022).
