Lucknow Customs Arrests a Passenger at Airport for Smuggling Gold Worth Rs. 54,23,460
On 15.02.2022, Lucknow Customs arrested a passenger who was travelling from Dubai to Lucknow in flight no. 6E-1088.
The passenger was attempting to smuggle gold concealed in food processor machine net weighing 1047.00 grams and valued at Rs. 54,23,460.
Team Customs CCSI Airport Lucknow searched the passenger and recovered gold from food processor machine.
Custom Officials seized total gold weighing 1047.00 grams, worth Rs.54,23,460.
The passenger is under custody and further investigation is under process.
