IARI Recruitment 2022: Check Posts, Qualifications,  and How to Apply

IARI Recruitment 2022: The Indian Agricultural Research Institute has invited Applications Online from the Candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria for recruitment to the Posts of Young Professionals-II and Skilled Worker/Field/Laboratory Staff in the Water Technology Center (WTC). The Applicants satisfying the Eligibility Benchmark for the Posts may Apply Online followed by submission through Mail.

Those having the Essential and Desirable Qualifications for the Posts i) Young Professionals-II and ii) Skilled Worker/Field/Laboratory Staff, and are willing, may apply with One set of Self-attested Photostat to uploaded concurring with Online Application/Registration. The Last Date for Candidates’ Online Registration followed by submission through Mail receivable in The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) The Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) shall close on 15th August 2022.

Essential Document for Verification: The Candidates shall need to fill in the Application Form (as per the Format annexed). Requisite Applications should be accompanied by the scanned Certificates from Matriculation onwards, SSC Certificate in support of the Candidate’s i) Date of Birth, ii) CSIR/UGC/ICAR- NET/Equivalent Certificate, iii) Degree Certificate either Original or Provisional, Experience Certificate (Proof of Experience), Publications and One Most Recent Photograph attached to the Application Form and submit it through Email Ids.

Selection: Selection to the ICAR-IARI notified Post of Young Professionals-II and killed Worker/Field/Laboratory Staff in Water Technology Center remains through Online Interviews. Online Interviews for both Posts have been stipulated as 20th August 2022. The Online Interviews have been scheduled to commence at 10:30 AM onwards. Appointment to the Selected Candidates to be offered spans 01 Year and is co-terminus with the Project.

The Total Duration of the Project is 05-years and the Posts are purely Temporary and On a Contractual Basis (subject to the Incumbent’s conduct and Satisfactory Performance) and Co-terminus with the Project.

Name of the Project and the Principal Investigator: The Ministry of Commerce and Industries Funded Project “Land Application of Treated Effluents from Pulp and Paper Mill and Evaluation of its Impact on Soil, Ground Water Properties and Crop Productivity”. Span of the Project is 05 Years (up to March 2026).

Upper Age Limits: The Age Limit for Young Professional-II is Maximum 45 years (Age relaxations as per Government of India Rules).

1) Young Professional-II: Salary Rs.35000.00 (Consolidated) Per Month (As per ICAR F.No.Agril.Edn.1-06/2020-A&P Dated 04.12.2020)

Essential Qualification: The Applicant must have in possession a Degree in M.Tech. Soil and Water Conservation Engineering/M.Sc. Water Science and Technology/Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry/Environmental Sciences.

Desirable: i) The Candidate should be Apt in conducting Field Experiment and Laboratory Analysis of Soil Quality/Water Quality (Physico-Chemical Micro-Biological).

ii) Working knowledge of Computers and Statistical Softwares.

2) Skilled Worker/Field/Laboratory Staff:  Rs.18000.00 (Consolidated) Per Month

Essential Qualifications: SSC Examination/HSC Exam/Intermediate/12th/Higher Secondary in any stream.

Desirable: Experience in Field Experimentation and Data Collection Or Sound skills in Field Work/Laboratory Assistance & General Working Knowledge of Computer
