Eastern Coalfields Recruitment 2022: Coal India Limited (CIL) has invited Applications from Qualified and Experienced Personnel duly meeting the Eligibility for different Specialty Posts under Engagement of Medical Executives i) Senior Medical Specialist (E4), ii) Medical Specialist (E3) in Surgeon, General Physician, Orthopaedic, Dermatology Divisions AND iii) Senior Medical Officer (E3). There are 12 (04 + 02 + 06) Vacancies for Sr Med Specialist (E4), ii) Med Specialist (E3) and iii) Sr Med Officer in Multiple Specialty Branches/Disciplines. Coal India shall conduct Selection for Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL).

Among the Applicants, who fulfill the Eligibility Criteria specific to opted Specialty specific Post, and aim to submit their respective Candidatures, may proceed with applying in the Specimen Application Proforma as per the Instructions available in the appended Recruitment Advertisement.

Note: The Personnel serving in Coal India Limited and Subsidiary are debarred from Age Limit. However, they must ensure that they fulfill the Essential Eligibility specific to the Posts. They should submit their respective Applications with a No Object Certificate issued by the Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA) as per the Rule receivable in Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) up to 27.10.2022.

01) Senior Medical Officer (E4) and Medical Specialist (E3)

Pay Scale: (Senior Medical Officer:E4) Rs.70000 to Rs.2.00 Lac/(Medical Specialist:E3) Rs.60000 to Rs.1.80 Lac respectively

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

For General Surgery, General Medicine & Pulmonary Medicine -Minimum Qualification is Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus Chirurgiae Or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from any Duly Recognized Institute/College approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI) with recognized Post-Graduate Degree/ Diplomate of National Board (DNB) with Minimum 03 Years’ Post Qualification Experience.

02. As regards the Eligibility, the Candidate should have obtained a Registration Number from the Medical Council of India (MCI)/State Medical Council (SMC)/ Dental Council of India (DCI)/ State Dental Council (SDC) against their respective Qualifications.

02) Senior Medical Officer (E3)

Pay Scale: E3: Rs.60000 to Rs.1.80 Lac

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

For General Surgery, General Medicine & Pulmonary Medicine -Minimum Qualification is Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus Chirurgiae Or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from any Duly Recognized Institute/College approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI) with recognized Post-Graduate Degree/ Diplomate of National Board (DNB) with Minimum 03 Years’ Post Qualification Experience.

Post-Graduate Diploma (in addition to the above) is also considered as one of the Minimum Eligible Qualifications.

02. As regards the Eligibility, the Candidate should have obtained a Registration Number from the Medical Council of India (MCI)/State Medical Council (SMC)/ Dental Council of India (DCI)/ State Dental Council (SDC) against their respective Qualifications.

03) Senior Medical Officer (E-3)

Pay Scale: E3: Rs.60000 to Rs.1.80 Lac

MBBS from any duly recognized Institute/College approved by the Medical Council of India.
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from any Duly Recognized Institute/College approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI) with 01 Year’s Post-Qualification Experience from any Hospital/Clinic of Repute.
Note:

01. The Candidates having obtained Essential Eligible Qualification from Foreign University/Institute, will also be considered subject to submission of the Certificate of passing the Qualifying Examination from the Medical Council of India (MCI).

02. As regards the Eligibility, the Candidate should have obtained a Registration Number from the Medical Council of India (MCI)/State Medical Council (SMC)/ Dental Council of India (DCI)/ State Dental Council (SDC) against their respective Qualifications.

03. 01-Year’s Internship Period being part of the Curricula shall not be considered as an Experience.
