The Maximum Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates are Relaxable as per the Rule. The Age Relaxation for Ex-Service-Men Military Service Period Plus 03 Years.

Essential Educational Qualification(s) with Experience: The Candidate should have in possession a Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.) Degree from any Duly Recognized University or any Institution Equivalent thereto.

The Applicant should have held or be holding any of the Post(s) mentioned hereunder:

a) ‘Assistant (Legal)’ for Minimum 08 (Eight) Years; Or

b) ‘Superintendent (Legal) Minimum 05 (Five) Years; Or

c) A ‘First Class Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate’ in any Judicial Service for Minimum (Not Lesser than) 02 (Two) Years; Or

d) Have been Advocates in a High Court or Courts Subordinate thereto, for Minimum 05 (Five) Years;
