IHB Recruitment 2022 for 16 Vacancies: Check Posts, Eligibility, Pay Scales and How to Apply

IHB Recruitment 2022: IHB Limited has invited Applications from the Candidates duly meeting the Eligibility for the Posts; viz., Senior Manager/ Manager/Deputy Manager/Engineer/Officer for 01 Year’s Contractual Appointment in the Head Office located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh or at the Constructions Sites situated in various Districts of Uttar Pradesh as cited in the IHB Recruitment 2022 Advertisement.

Among the Candidates, those deem to have fulfilled the Eligibility Criteria specific to the Posts may apply according to the Instructions available in IHB Recruitment 2022. There are 16 Vacancies for all the Posts notified vide IHB Recruitment 2022. The Last Date for the Eligible Candidates to apply Online shall close on 20th December 2022 (20.12.2022).

Selection Process for IHB Recruitment 2022:

i) IHB constituted Selection Committee shall carry through the Selection Process by way of a thorough Scrutiny aimed at shortlisting the Candidates for Personal Interviews for the Posts; viz., Officer/Engineer/Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager.

ii) The Candidates so shortlisted for the further Selection Process for assessment of different facets involving Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Competencies, etc.

iii) Selection for the Posts; Officer/Engineer/Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager will be based on Relevant Experience and Two Stage Personal Interviews (PI) as mentioned in IHB Recruitment 2022 Notification.

IHB constituted Selection Committee shall host the Personal Interviews (PIs), likely to be conducted in Person or through Video Conferencing/Online Mode (Read the IHB Recruitment 2022 Advertisement).

Educational Qualifications (Note: Refer to the Appended Recruitment Advertisement)

For Posts 01- 06: Senior Manager, Deputy Manager Engineers under the Departments, viz., Operations & Maintenance, Health, Safety & Environment, and the Information Technology

Educational Qualification: A 04-Years Full-Time Regular Engineering Degree, Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology/ Bachelor of Science (Engg.) in the relevant Subject with a Minimum of 60% Marks any of the AICTE recognized Institutes or the University Grants Commission a recognized University.

Desirable: Post-related relevant Post-Qualification Work Experiences are Mandatory.

For Posts 07 and 08: Manager and Officer in HR Department:

Educational Qualification: A Two-Years Full-Time MBA/Master’s Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in the Affiliated Subject with Minimum 60% Marks from any Business School/Institute or University duly recognized by the Government of India

Desirable: Post-related relevant Post-Qualification Work Experiences are Mandatory.

For Posts 09 and 10: Deputy Manager and Officer in Finance Department:

Educational Qualification: Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA / CMA).

For Post 11: Deputy Manager in Company Secretary & Legal Department

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline from any Recognized University having acquired Company Secretary Qualification of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Associate/Fellow Membership of the ICSI.

Desirable: Previous Experience Working in Oil & Gas Industry/Oil and Gas Pipeline Projects/ Manufacturing Sector Industry would be an added Advantage.
