Qualification and Experience for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2022:

i) Minimum 05 Years Experience as Branch Manager/Internal Auditor.

ii) Work Experience: Must have worked in CBS Environment.

iii) Professional Qualification: Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB)/Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of the Bankers (JAIIB)

iv) Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) and Higher Qualification.

v) Applicants must have a Satisfactory Service Record. He/She should not be in the Agreed List of Officers and/or List of Officers as Doubtful Integrity during the preceding 03 Years.

Selection Criteria for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2022:

The Central Bank of India Recruitment Board shall carry out the Ex-Staffs Empanelment as Concurrent Auditors according to the Terms explained hereunder:

i. Shortlisted Applicants will be interviewed by a duly constituted Committee. The Candidates would be interviewed through Video Conference/Personal interview.

ii. The Empanelment will remain Valid for 03 (Three) Years, i.e. up to 31.03.2026.

Terms and Conditions for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2022:

The Empanelment will be conducted on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions to be fulfilled for the Empanelment.

a. The Empanelled Ex-staffs have to submit their respective Applications only in the Prescribed Application Format through the proper Channel, i.e. through the Respective Zonal Office within the given timeline.

b. Any Empaneled Ex-Staff of the Central Bank of India may be utilized as a Concurrent Auditor in any Branch up to 65 Years’ Age or till the Completion of the Audit Assignment, whichever is later. The Ex-Staff will get de-paneled automatically on attaining 65 Years’ Age.

c. The Successful Candidates for Empanelment on the Central Bank of India Panel will be Eligible for applying for Concurrent Audit Assignment of Branches/Offices separately.

c. The Concurrent Audit Assignment to Ex Staffs Empanelled with the Bank will be allotted for the Available vacancies on the basis of Merits.

d. Remuneration: On Allotment of any Branch/Office for Concurrent Audit, Fee/ Remuneration will be payable as per the Extant Policy Guidelines.

e. Scope of Work: On allotment of any Branch/Office for Concurrent Audit, the Scope of Work of Audit will be provided in conjunction with the Assignment Letter which will be based on the type of the Allotted Branch/Office.
