NHSRC Recruitment 2023: The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoH&FW), Government of India, has sought Applications from Experienced and Qualified Candidates for the Senior Consultant Post on Purely Contractual Basis under PM-Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM).
There is only 01 Vacancy for filling up the Contractual Basis Post Senior Consultant (PM-ABHIM) as is notified vide the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement. The Post Senior Consultant carries Monthly Salary to be fixed between Rs. 90000 to Rs. 150000 vide the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Other Conditions: As per the Extant Government of India/Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
Maximum Age: 50 Years
As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Applicant (as on 07.02.2023, Normal Last Date for Application Receipt) should not exceed 50 Years, hence, Maximum Age is 50 Years as the Eligibility Age Limit.
Remuneration: Between Rs 90000 to Rs 150000 Per Month.
As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Monthly Remuneration payable to the Candidate selected as Senior Consultant shall remain Negotiable between the range Rs.90000 to Rs 150000 under the PM-Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM). A Final Monthly Remuneration for the Candidates would be decided on the basis of the Educational Qualification and Experience of the Candidate to be selected as Senior Consultant (PM-ABHIM).
As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for Engagement of the Eligible Candidate as Senior Consultant under PM-Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) should have gained the Following Eligibility including Educational Qualification and Experience among others explained hereunder:
Essential Qualifications: MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/MD/M.Phil in Social Medicine & Community Health/Master’s Degree in Public Health/Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Hospital Management/MBA in Health Management/Post Graduate Degree in Social Work.
Experience: Minimum 05 Years’ Post-Qualification Work Experience in Public Health Program Planning or Implementation.
*Preference for Selection would be given to the Candidates with Experience in Health Systems Strengthening/in National Health Mission at National/State Level.
Excellent Communications and Presentation Skills, Analytical and Interpersonal Abilities, Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills in English.
Desirable: Working knowledge of Hindi.
Demonstrated Ability to work in a Multi-Disciplinary Team Environment.
Demonstrated Experience in Operationalizing Health Program at Field Level/Working in Strengthening of District Level Health Systems.
Willingness to travel in to States and Districts for providing Technical Assistance and Ability to work on different Assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for the Assignments.
Experience: Working in Health Schemes of the Government of India.
According to the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Notification, The Candidate selected subsequent to a Shortlisting Process involving Personal Interview of Shortlisted Candidates, would be considered for Engagement Purely on a Contractual Basis initially for 01 (One) Year, extendable subject to the Incumbent’s satisfactory Performance maximum up to the period of Scheme.
