Ministry of Environment Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director, Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MOEF), Kolkata has sought Applications from Experienced Candidates Eligible for the Posts 01) Library and Information Assistant, 02) Office Superintendent, 03) Stenographer Grade-I and 04) Halwai-cum-cook on Deputation Basis in Zoological Survey of India (ZSI).
There are 24 Vacancies to be filled with the Ministerial and Non-Ministerial Posts 01) Library & Information Assistant, 02) Office Superintendent, 03) Stenographer Grade-I and 04) Halwai-cum-cook On Deputation Basis under different Pay Scales in the Zoological Survey of India, a Subordinate Office under the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.

A.i) holding Analogous Post on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or
1) Library & Information Assistant:
The Officers under the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Accredited Research Institutions/Universities/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Organizations.
a) holding Analogous Post on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or
b) in possession the relevant Library Science/Library & Information Science with the Prescribed Experience
c) Diploma in Computer Application vide the MOEF Recruitment 2023 Notification
2) Office Superintendent:
The Officers under the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Accredited Research Institutions/Universities/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Organizations.
a) holding Analogous Post on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or
b) in possession the relevant Qualification with the Prescribed Experience in the relevant Department
3) Stenographer Grade I:
The Stenographers under the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Accredited Research Institutions/Universities/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Organizations.
a) holding Analogous Post on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or
b) in possession the relevant Qualification with the Prescribed Experience in the relevant Department.
4) Assistant-Halwai-cum-Cook:
The Officers of the Central Government
a) holding Analogous Post on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Canteen Attendant in Level 1; Or
b) in possession the relevant Qualification with Matriculation with Diploma in Catering from any Recognized Institute/ Organization with 01 Year’s Experience as Cook.
According to MOEF Recruitment 2023 Notification, Selection for the Notified Posts to be filled up as Library and Information Assistant, Office Superintendent, Stenographer Grade-I and Halwai-cum-Cook On Deputation Basis in Zoological Survey of India, Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change shall be carried through by Deputation (Including Short-Term Contract).
