Based on DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Officer shall be issued an Appointment on the notified Post Dy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Civil) with entitlement to the Pay Scale mentioned hereunder:
Pay Scale: Parent Pay plus Deputation Allowances
According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023, the Officer should not exceed 55 Years, the Maximum Age as on the Closing Date of the Vacancy Notice)
Post-specific Requirements:
1) Deputy Chief Project Manager (Assistant General Manager): Central Government/State Government Officers rendering Service in the Analogous Grade (Level-13A) in the relevant Discipline or in the Selection Grade (Level-13) with Minimum 12 Years in Group ‘A’ in the relevant Discipline or in Rs.90000-240000 (IDA) (E6) with 04 Years’ Service in Analogous/Similar Grade.
2) Dy. Chief Project Manager (Joint General Manager): Central Government/State Government Officers serving in Analogous Substantive Grade (Level-13) in the relevant Discipline/in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level 12) with 08 to 12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the relevant Discipline/any Public Sector Undertaking Employees working in the Analogous Grade in the relevant Discipline or in Rs.80000 to Rs.220000 (IDA) (E5) with 04 Years’ Service in the Analogous/ Similar Grade.
3) Project Manager (Deputy General Manager): Central Government/State Government Officers holding Senior Scale (Level-11) Posts or Central Government/State Government Officers with 10 Years’ Service in Group ‘B’ and holding Cadre Posts in Level 10 in their respective Parent Cadre or Public Sector Undertaking Employees serving in Analogous Grade in the relevant Discipline or in Rs.70000 to Rs.200000 (IDA) (E4) with 04 Years’ Service in Analogous/Similar Grade.
As has been explained in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, selection on to the Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Civil) Post shall be carried through by Viva-voce/Personal Interview. The Incumbent Officers, post Selection would be issued Appointment on Deputation Basis.
The Deputation Tenure shall initially span 03-Years, which will likely be extended up to 05 Years [subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of immediate Absorption].
