Pay Scale: Rs. 77840 to 136520 Per Month

Upper Age Limits under Telangana High Court Recruitment 2023:

The Upper Age Limits in respect of Direct Recruitment (08 Vacancies) and Recruitment by Transfer (02 Vacancies) totaling 10 Posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) for the Year 2023 in the light of the TSHC Recruitment 2023 Notification are as follows:

Direct Recruitment:

General Merit Candidate should be aged Minimum 23 Years and Maximum 35 Years.

Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates are as per the Government Rules.

Recruitment By Transfer:

The Applicant must not have attained 48 Years’ Age as on 01.02.2023.

Eligibility under Telangana High Court Recruitment 2023:

Direct Recruitment:

A) The Candidate

i) should have in possession a Bachelor of Legal Laws Degree with

ii) must have been been practicing as an Advocate/Pleader in the High Courts or Courts functional under the High Court for Minimum 03 Years on as the Date of TSHC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued.

Recruitment by Transfer:

The Applicant must have in possession Bachelor of Legal Laws from the University Accredited under a Central Act/State Act/Institution duly Recognized by the University Grants Commission and which is Valid for Enrollment as an Advocate as per the Rules of the Bar Council of India (BCI). And

The Individual to be appointed as Civil Judge (Junior Division) must maintain a Good Character and Conduct in the entire Service.

Selection Process under Telangana High Court Recruitment 2023:

The Controller of Examinations shall conduct tentatively on 23rd April 2023 (23.04.2023) a Computer-Based Screening Test (100 Marks) aimed at shortlisting the Candidates for Viva Voce for (30 Marks).  Final Selection on Civil Judge (Junior Division) shall be carried through on Merit to be prepared for Appointment on Civil Judge (Junior Division).
