RVNL Recruitment 2023: The Human Resource Cell, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has called in Applications through Proper Channel from Experienced Senior Officers Candidates for Appointment(s) on the Posts Additional General Manager (AGM)/Joint General Manager (JGM)/Senior Deputy General Manager (Sr DGM) (Civil) on Deputation Basis in Chandigarh.
Based on the Additional General Manager (AGM)/Joint General Manager (JGM)/Senior Deputy General Manager (Sr DGM) (Civil) on Deputation Basis Posts notified in the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up under Pay Scale Level 13A, Pay Level 13 and Pay Level 12 (7th CPC).
The Concerned Controlling Officers/Zonal Railways, etc., may forward the Names of the Eligible Officers with Willingness for RVNL Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager/Senior Deputy General Manager (Civil) must complete the Application Submission Process through E-Mail. As per the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date notified therein shall terminate on 30th Date post RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification Dated 23rd January 2023 (23.01.2023) issued for the purpose.
The Managerial Candidates with the desirable Experience in Additional General Manager (AGM/)Joint General Manager (JGM)/Sr. Deputy General Manager (Civil Engineering) on Deputation are Eligible to apply. As has been notified in the RVNL Recruitment 2023, Appropriately Suitable Officers to be selected on Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager/Senior Deputy General Manager (Civil) Posts will be issued Appointment in Pay Scale Levels applicable to the Posts hereunder:
Pay Scale Levels: Level 13A, Level 13, Level 12
Based on the RVNL Recruitment Notification 2023 Notification, the Candidates should be aged hereunder:
For Deputation: Below 56 Years
For Absorption: Not to exceed 57 Years
The Officer Candidate for the following Posts should be qualified as follows:
01) Additional General Manager: {Pay Level 13-A (CDA)/IDA E-7 (Rs.1.00 Lac-2.60 Lac)}:
The Officers of Civil Engineering Department holding substantively
a) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
b) Posts in Level-13 (CDA) and having 12-14 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’; Or
c) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-6 (Rs.90000-240000) for 04-Years.
2) Joint General Manager (Post): {Pay Level 13 (CDA)/IDA E-6 (Rs.90000-240000)}:
The Officers of Civil Engineering Department holding substantively
a) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
b) Posts in Level-12 (CDA) and having 08-12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’; Or
c) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-5 (Rs.90000-240000) for 04-Years.
3) Sr Deputy General Manager: {Pay Level 12 (CDA)/IDA E-5 (Rs.80000-220000)}:
The Officers of Civil Engineering Department holding substantively
a) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
b) Posts in Level-13(CDA) and having 12-14 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’; Or
c) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-6 (Rs.90000-240000) for 04-Years.
Experience: Preference will be given to the Candidates having Experience oif Working in Construction Organization.
The Indian Railway Board constituted Screening Authority will shortlist the Candidates to be called in for Viva voce/Personal Interaction/Interview.
Selection on to Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager Post shall be carried out through Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview. Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued Appointment by Deputation for Posting in Nagpur.
Overall Deputation Term Engagement Tenures in the cases of Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager/Senior Deputy General Manager Posts shall remain 05 Years.
