CMRL Recruitment 2023: Last Date March 17, Check Posts, Qualification, and How to Apply
CMRL Recruitment 2023: Chennai Metro Rail Limited has invited an application for the post of DGM/JGM (Civil) and General Manager. According to the official notification of CMRL Recruitment 2023, there are 02 vacancies for the given posts, one for each. As per the official notification, the age limit for DGM posts is a maximum of 45 years, and for JGM posts maximum of 50 years and the maximum age limit for applying for the General Manager post is 55 years.
According to the official notification of CMRL Recruitment 2023, the before applying, candidates are advised to read the advertisement carefully and ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. Their eligibility is provisional and the same will be verified only in case they are shortlisted for selection. Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply online on CMRL Website. As per the latest notification of CMRL Recruitment 2023, the last date for submission of applications for these posts is extended up to 17.03.2023. Applicants are requested to send the hard copy of the computer-generated online application to the address mentioned below on or before 17.03.2023.

CMRL has invited an application for the following posts:
1. DGM/JGM (Civil) – 01
2. General Manager (S & T) – 01
There are 02 vacancies for the given posts, one for each post.
For DGM/JGM:
The maximum age of the candidate for the Post of DGM is 45 years and for JGM posts maximum of 50 years.
For General Manager (S&T):
The maximum age limit for applying for the General Manager post is 55 years.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized Institute / University.
i. For DGM post – Should be in JAG grade in Group (A) with a proven track record of a minimum of 6 years of experience in the execution of large Infrastructure projects.
ii. For JGM post – Should be in SG grade in Group (A) with a proven track record of a minimum of 15 years of experience in the execution of large Infrastructure projects.
iii. For General Manager (S & T):
According to the official notification of CMRL recruitment 2023 the candidates applying for the post of General Manager under CMRL should have a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a combination of any of these disciplines from a Govt. recognized Institute/university approved by AICTE/UGC.
According to the official notification of CMRL recruitment, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 225000.
The initial period of deputation will be for a period of 3 years, which shall be extendable up to 5 years.
As per the CMRL Recruitment 2023 Notification, eligible and interested candidates are required to apply online on CMRL Website under the careers section. Application envelope containing the application form should be superscribed with “Employment Notification No.” and “Post applied for”. Candidates are requested to apply online in advance before the actual closing date and send the Hard copy of the application form with requisite documents to CMRL up to 17.03.2023.
